You know those days when you get out of work and before you even get through the door all you can thinking about is getting on the coach or just laying on the floor, or whatever your reaction of completely exhausted plays out to be.
I am working on a list that works great for these days that even though you feel like quitting you just want to eat first.
Most of these meals can be made in 20 minutes or less total time so you are not wasting hours prepping you dish and you don’t have to settle for takeout and get a delicious home cooked meal.
I will break these up into a couple of categories so you, just because its can be made quickly does not mean there are not many choices you can go with.
